PLOT was founded back in 2019 with a simple mission:
To source and roast unique and interesting coffees, building an equitable supply chain based on long-term relationships.
Despite starting a business just before a global pandemic, we somehow made it work, and today service some of the country's most quality-focussed coffee shops and businesses.
Over the years we've grown from a one-person operation into a team of experienced coffee professionals, all guided by three basic principles:

- Consistency
- Continuous improvement
We believe that the stories behind our coffees are important and will do our best to honour the hard work that goes into producing each and every one of them.
