How to Taste Coffee
This course is an introduction to the sensory magic of coffee’s flavour, one of the most complex substances, with more than 1200 different chemical compounds which combine to create coffee’s aroma, taste and mouthfeel as we know it.
Learn what a taste bud is, how your palate works and how to use them in order to better appreciate and evaluate your favourite beverage through a series of fun and intriguing experiments that will change the way you perceive food and of course coffee!The course covers the following:

- Coffee cupping
